Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe to shop online at Talking Stone Press?

Yes, we take several steps to insure your security. For your protection, we do not store your credit card information. Your credit card information is handled by PayPal and sent directly to the bank’s secure credit card processor for approval, bypassing our own records. Read PayPal’s Safety and Security Policy. An excerpt, “Whether you’re buying, selling, or transferring money, you get an extra layer of security when you use PayPal. That’s because all your financial information (like your credit card number) is securely stored and encrypted on our servers, so you don’t need to share your financial information with the person you’re buying from.”

Do you offer discounts to teachers? … to public schools? … to parochial schools? … to homeschools?
We would love to offer discounts to all of our customers but are unable to do so. We value all of our customers, and try to offer low prices on an everyday basis.
